hello ppl....htmig needs ur help!!They need volunteers for TP's Open House in January. There are a few positions available
1) Check-in concierge team
2) Passport & gift redemption team
3) Quiz team
4) Set-up team
5) Tear-down team
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer the quizzes
Attending to visitors at the Gift Collection Counters.
- Administer the quizzes
Providing Speedy and quality service.
- Administer the quizzes
Ensuring that visitors walk away with the gift upon submission of passports.
- Administer the quizzes
Answer general enquiries about the event and updating visitors of basic information.
- Administer the quizzes
Maintaining the general tidiness and cleanliness of the work space.
- Administer the quizzes
All staff must be neat and presentable for their duties.
- Administer the quizzes
To alert Counter IC if there is a special enquiry.
- Administer the quizzes
Business Attires are mandatory for all the students on duty.
Shift Timing
Thursday, 10 Jan 08 : 11.30 – 3.30 and 1.30 – 5.30
Friday, 11 Jan 08 : 11.30 – 3.30 and 1.30 – 5.30
Sat, 12 Jan 08 : 9.30 – 1.30 and 1.00 – 5.00
If you are interested, please choose which role and shift you prefer. Then i will fill in the Registration List in the Excel spreadsheet and send it back to her.
She needs the list by WEDNESDAY.
